Glory Okang Edim
A voice raised in the choir stalls of Calabar, trained across two continents, and still given, one song and one student at a time, to leading people back into the presence of God.
Glorie Edim, in worship
About
Glorie Edim's musical journey started long before there was a stage for it — in a church choir in Calabar, Cross River State, where she began singing in 2013. The gospel greats she grew up on, Ron Kenoly, Donnie McClurkin, Shirley Caesar and Karen Clark Sheard, sit in her sound alongside the contemporary worship influence of Kari Jobe, Lauren Daigle and Hillsong, giving her ministry a register that is both rooted and current.
2018 was a turning point: she ministered as a worship leader at a Reinhard Bonnke crusade, graduated with a B.Sc from the University of Calabar, and stepped into music professionally, founding Vocal Glory the same year. A master's degree at Ulster University followed, and she now lives and ministers from Wolverhampton, England.
Since then, her work has stretched across original releases, cover sessions, choir music direction and vocal coaching — a career built as much on training other voices as on using her own.
